Advice on Budgeting?

My spending is out of control. I buy way too much. Food, clothe, you name it I go crazy. I have to stop. Anyone have some great advice? I can't always go to the bank of mom and dad. They work hard for their money. Makes me feel worst because they condone my spending. How do you guys live on a budget? Any advice?

Plastic vs. natural

Sorry 4 the crazy delay in post, been busy! Lots on my mind with law school (hopefully I'll get in) and classes. My mom offered me a gift, a gift to change my appearance. She's offering....... PLASTIC SURGERY! Before you go crazy on her, she said I was perfect already but if I wanted to change my appearance a little, she would be happy to provide me with the resources. And the only surgery allowed is what asians call double eyelid surgery. Its the crease on your eyelids. Asians, 50% of chinese and about 80% of koreans and Japanese, don't have it. Most of the big Asian stars have done it and most of my non-Asian friends find it crazy. ONe of my friends done it and she looks good but she never admitted to me. I am planning on doing it but worried.... What do you think?
